Brad Kanter, C.P.A., E.A.

Brad Kanter received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Tampa including his fifth year. He also received a B. A. in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. Brad has 17 years experience in public and private accounting. In addition, Brad is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Enrolled Agent. Certified Public Accountants are accounting and tax professionals who are required to meet strict academic and certified exam requirements as designated by the National Board of Accountancy and the Florida Board of Accountancy and Enrolled Agent's are licensed by the US Department of the Treasury which provides memberships to a select group of tax professionals. Enrolled Agents are licensed to represent taxpayers before all levels of the IRS.

He has been a controller of multi-million dollar companies and a legal administrator for law firms. In addition, Brad has grown a very small tax practice into a medium size full service accounting in short number of years with a staff of six.

Brad’s background includes financial accounting, management accounting, operations, management and business leadership in a small to medium size businesses. Brad enjoys helping businesses develop plans to meet their company’s goals for the present and into the future.

Brad is a member of the AICPA, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Society of Enrolled Agents, Florida Association of Enrolled Agents, National Society of Accountants, National Association of Tax Preparers, and the Institute of Management Accountants.
